1. Who we are

This website, helio.trade, is published by Fintake LTD, a company registered in Cyprus. Our registered address is at the bottom of this page. Helio is our software product.

We are a technology vendor. We are not a broker, an exchange, a bank, a payment institution or an investment adviser. We do not accept client money, hold assets, quote prices or execute orders. Our customers are the regulated firms that license the platform and operate it under their own permissions.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website: reading the pages, following the links, and sending us an enquiry. They are not the licence for the Helio platform. Any commercial arrangement — pricing, service levels, support, data processing — is agreed in a separate signed contract, and that contract prevails over anything written here.

3. The information on this site

The pages describe what the platform does and are kept as accurate as we can make them, but they are marketing material. Screenshots, video, figures and feature descriptions are illustrative and may not match the current build or your configuration. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty or a commitment to deliver a particular capability on a particular date.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, and nothing here should be read as a recommendation to trade.

4. Third-party names and links

Third-party names and marks on this site belong to their owners and are used to describe integrations. Their appearance is not an endorsement of Helio by them. Where we link out — documentation, partner sites, maps, WhatsApp — we do not control those destinations and are not responsible for them.

5. Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it
• interfere with its operation, or scrape it in a way that degrades it
• send us other people’s personal data through the contact form

6. Availability

This is a marketing site and we make no availability commitment for it. We may change, move or withdraw any page at any time. Service levels for the platform, where they exist, live in the signed contract and not here.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

9. Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top is when it last changed. Because the current text is a draft pending legal review, expect it to change substantially.
